Service
We use electronic leak detection (ELD) that utilizes the non-conductive properties of the roof's membrane as an electrical insulator. The substrate beneath the membrane conducts an electrical current, allowing our ELD system to accurately pinpoint the location of an opening in the membrane resulting in a roof leak.
